Refund policy
In case of requesting a refund, it must be communicated to our sales department to be authorized.
We only accept returns when the part was shipped wrong or if the part shows a manufacturing defect.
Returns are not accepted if the piece shows physical damage or if it has been misused.
In some of these cases it is required to send an image of the product by e-mail to ventas@cematic.com for it to be reviewed.
Claims are accepted only within 30 days after shipment.
If the claim is accepted, a guide will be sent so that they can make the return.
Once the part has been reviewed and if it complies with our return policy, the refund will be made.
