Payment terms: Our online store accepts payments by credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay or bank transfer.

We would like to inform you that all prices listed on our online store are in Mexican Pesos (MXN). However, when you make a purchase, your payment will be processed in your currency, US Dollars (USD), at the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment.

This ensures that you are charged the correct amount in your local currency. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

Shipping: We ship by FEDEX, DHL or Transportation Service depending on the weight of the order. Before boarding we must confirm that the shipping area is included in the route of transport and parcel companies. Normal transportation time is 2 to 5 business days within Mexican territory.

For shipments to the United States and Canada, transportation time varies from 5 to 10 days. Returns and Refunds: If the products sent do not meet what was offered, the product will be requested to be returned and we will send you the correct product free of charge. Any other returns require authorization and may incur a charge of 30% of the purchase plus return costs. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of shipment.

PRODUCTS NOT IN STOCK AND SPECIAL PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER, AS IDENTIFIED IN THE ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT, ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN BY THE BUYER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Taxes: Any tax or other governmental charge on the sale, shipment or use of the product that Cematic is required to collect from Buyer will be paid by Buyer, unless prior to shipment Buyer has provided Cematic with a tax exemption certificate. acceptable to the corresponding tax authority. Manufacturers' Warranties: The product may be covered, to the extent possible, by warranties extended by the product manufacturer. Buyer acknowledges that all applicable warranties are warranties of the product manufacturer only, not warranties of Cematic, and that any claim brought by Buyer with respect to these warranties will be brought against such manufacturer. Cematic Product Warranty: If any Cematic product not covered by the manufacturer's warranty proves to have a manufacturing defect within one (1) year from the date of Cematic's invoice, upon written notification and return of the product to Cematic, the product will be replaced or repaired at Cematic, the only option f.o.b. original destination point. Cematic shall not be liable in any way for installation costs, incidental or consequential damages or costs, loss of profits or any other costs resulting from any defect.

THE CEMATIC PRODUCT WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO OEM, COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL USERS OR BUYERS FOR THE PURPOSES OF RESALE OF PRODUCTS WHICH ARE NOT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. CEMATIC, THE PRODUCT WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CEMATIC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THE UCC AND COMMON LAW, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability: Neither party will be liable for lost profits or any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Buyer's remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and Cematic's liability with respect to any contract or sale, or anything done in connection therewith, whether in contract, tort under any warranty, or otherwise , will not exceed the price of the product or part on which said liability is based. Liability is limited to the cost of the product and does not include the cost of any labor charges. Cematic will have no responsibility or obligation with respect to: 1) matters not reported in writing within twelve (12) months from the date of shipment; 2) failure or damage due to misapplications, abuse, improper installation or abnormal conditions of use; 3) products damaged during shipping or otherwise damaged through no fault of Cematic; 4) expenses incurred by the Buyer for installation
